She is passionate about businesses and the people within them and thrives on helping organisations to reach their optimum potential by developing creative people strategies which benefit both the organisations and the individuals involved. She has the ability to quickly understand complex business issues, problems and objectives and can develop, articulate and implement strategic, creative and practical people solutions which deliver real and tangible business results which are often beyond the clients own original vision. Along with her extensive experience in senior recruitment and search, she is also a specialist in senior contracting. Sharon has successfully carried out HR consulting projects for many leading commercial, industrial and finance groups both in Australia and overseas. She is an empathetic, instinctive and insightful coach whose passion for people's potential and the truth fuels an uncommon courage and frankness which results in powerful and sometimes unexpected outcomes and benefits for both individuals and client organisations.  Sandra Vega Sandra's vast HR Consulting career commenced in 1984 in Johannesburg and has continued in senior management positions since she came to Sydney in 1988. She has a unique and creative approach of thinking outside the square which enables her to help businesses and individuals to explore their full potential. Having lived in Europe, Africa and Australia, she brings a cross-cultural understanding of people -- this coupled with her strong emotional intelligence and instincts allows her to gain strong insights and understanding into peoples individual and group dynamics. Her empathy and insight has meant she can quickly establish trust and rapport with a variety of people which enables her to stretch their comfort zones and help them to deliver practical and tangible solutions for themselves and their businesses. She has extensive experience across the full range of disciplines in human resource consulting with expertise in local and international selection and search of middle to senior management positions and specialists on a permanent and contract basis. She is an insightful and practical career coach and mentor and has extensive experience in managing HR issues to deliver practical business outcomes.
